Cancellations will be accepted provided that notification is given in writing to PaleoWorld Research Foundation (PWRF). Cancellations must be sent via e-mail to PWRF (jmart43@gmail.com) and must be received by the stated cancellation and refund deadlines listed below.

• Cancellations received at least 30 calendar days before the start of your scheduled dig will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations received at least 10 business days before the start of your scheduled dig will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations received less than 10 business days before the start of your scheduled dig will NOT receive a refund. Participants will be charged the full registration fee.

• Participants who do not provide a cancellation notice within the guidelines noted above or who do not show up for their scheduled dig will NOT receive a refund.

PWRF activities are weather dependent and conditions may change during the day. PWRF reserves the right to alter daily operations without notice. There will be NO refunds for cancelled digs due to weather.

Should inclement weather prevent the dig from occurring on your scheduled date, PWRF will reschedule your date and all fees. Cancellation policies will apply (see cancellation policies above).

If participants spend an extra night or more with PWRF, due to weather or other reasons beyond our control, they are responsible for their own lodging, meals, and associated costs.
